Our 6 Bottle Wine Shipper is designed for the secure shipping of 750ml bottles of wine, spirits, and other bottled products.
The custom shipper features stacked removable trays, holding 3 bottles each. It also has extra layers of corrugated for enhanced strength and product protection, including a separate pad for additional brand real estate. The innovative drawbridge delivers high-end presentation value and easy access to the product inside for your end-user.
This box style is the ideal shipping solution for direct-to-consumer wine clubs, wineries, and brands. It is made of fully sustainable and recyclable corrugated material. Wine brands also minimize waste by eliminating the need for secondary packaging.

Corrugated, also known as corrugated fiberboard or more commonly as "cardboard" or "carton", is a strong and durable material for retail or shipping. Our boxes are 100% curbside recyclable and made from approximately 30% to 50% recycled material. Whenever possible, we source from local mills with the highest available post-consumer recycled content.

- Kraft with PurePrint Premium™ is a fantastic material option to offer discreet packaging for customers, while delivering high-end presentation value. It combines the natural look of Kraft on the outside with our brightest white material on the inside.
Standard Material Options
- Standard White is the everyday white corrugated material used for custom packaging. Standard White has a slight variation in the whiteness if you look closely. This standard grade has white outside liners and kraft flute.
- Premium White is made with a clay-coated heavy outer liner paper for a more high-end look compared to Standard White. Our Premium paper option is white, both inside and out. You can expect fantastic results with either grade. However, Premium White subtly enhances the end result.
- Premium White with a Gloss Ink Finish is a process where ink is cured to appear glossier than a traditional matte finish. It is only available on Premium White. Make your artwork pop with this material option. Please note that there will be no gloss effect in any place that does not have ink in your artwork.
- Kraft material brings a natural and organic look to your custom packaging, making it a popular option for sustainable-focused brands. Color printed on kraft board looks different than color printed on regular white or premium white board.
As Fantastapack digitally prints each design, if you have white in your artwork, please select Standard or Premium White for your material finish. Please review our Art Guidelines to ensure you format your artwork file correct before submission.

Adding Artwork to Your Custom Boxes
Adobe Illustrator: If you plan on adding your artwork via dieline using Adobe Illustrator, click the Add to Cart from the product page, and proceed with checkout. You will receive your unique PDF dieline by email within 10 minutes after your order is placed.
Apply artwork on this dieline offline using Adobe Illustrator and create your artwork in CMYK layers. Upload it to your order in your Fantastapack Admin panel, and you're good to go.

A sample order is an order with a quantity of 1 to 4. Sample orders are produced in 3-5 business days which is much faster than a production order, or even a rush order.
Getting a sample order is a great way to confirm that your dimensions are correct, your product truly fits, or to ensure your custom artwork is pixel-perfect before placing a full production order.
To place a custom packaging sample order, simply follow the same steps as placing a full production order, but limit your order quantity to 4 boxes or less:

- Check the print option you require
- Enter your quantity of 1-4 boxes
- Proceed with the checkout process

What packaging materials are available?
Corrugated, also known as corrugated fiberboard or more commonly as "cardboard" or "carton", is a wonderful packaging material. Strong and durable for shipping, it's an environmentally friendly box material. Choose the finish that suits your look and brand!
Standard White (also referred to as mottled white) is the everyday white corrugated material used for packaging. Standard White has a slight variation in the whiteness if you look closely. This standard grade has white outside liners and kraft flute.
Premium White is the top-dog of white corrugated. It is made with a clay-coated heavy outer liner paper and is reserved for high-end packs. Our Premium paper option is white, both inside and out.
Fantastic results are delivered with either grade but Premium White subtly enhances the end result.
Premium White with a Gloss Ink Finish is a process where ink is cured to appear more glossy than a traditional matte finish. It is only available on Premium White. Your art will stand out from the others with this type of material: make your box shine with a glossy finish!
Note: There will be no gloss effect in any place that does not have ink in your artwork.

Kraft material brings a certain 'crafty' look (in a great way) to your projects. Consider the color and type of material being printed as color results will vary depending on the color and texture of the board used to make your product. Color printed on kraft board looks different than color printed on regular white or premium white board.

Production Time
Full production orders ship out in 10 days*(if you require artwork, this production time will begin after your artwork is submitted and approved by our prepress team). This does not include shipping time. Once your order is printed and cut, we ship it to you!
Rush Production can be unavailable without notice due to high volumes. Make sure you plan enough time to prepare for online sales events.
Sample or proof orders, which include any order of QTY 4 or less, take 3 business days* to ship out.Shipping Time
Shipping times are based on the shipping method you chose when ordering. If you choose UPS Ground, then note that your order does not have a guaranteed delivery window - the UPS Ground delivery window typically falls between 4-7 days. This time may be reduced depending on your location. Our production facility is based in Kent. WA, so the closer you are to us the shorter the shipping time.
If you need your order by a specific day, we advise that you select a guaranteed delivery option (such as UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day select, etc.).
