What a year 2020 has been. We’re all facing unseen business challenges that require us to pivot our strategies, shift our perspective, and adapt to the new normal. This change is no more apparent than in ecommerce. With an increasing number of retail businesses turning to digital and more brands expanding their online presence, the demand for high-quality, custom packaging has never been greater.

To meet these demands, we’re extending our production time to better serve you. As of today, our new standard production time will be 20-30 business days upon the approval of artwork. Sample orders, which include any box order of quantity four or less, require 4-7 business days of production time. This does not include shipping. Rush Production, our expedited production option of 7 business days, will be available based on capacity. Rush Production is only available for box orders.

We encourage you to place orders earlier than you anticipate needing your packaging on-hand, especially with the upcoming holiday season. We look forward to being part of your packaging solutions and are eager to help where we can.
